We’ve created a delectable dining experience for you to enjoy this truffle season, which will be available over two evenings: Saturday 6th July and Saturday 3rd August.

For $115 per person you’ll enjoy four courses that showcase the versatility, beauty and unique flavours of truffles, all paired with the finest quality, seasonal produce, plus we’ve added three luxurious upgrade options to this year’s menu.

Scallop, truffle & lardo carpaccio, bone marrow & shiitake consommé

Infused egg rolled in rye bread & truffle crust, aged comté cream

Vol-au-vent: Spatchcock breast, truffle skin, truffle white pudding, suprême truffle emulsion, puff pastry laminated with truffle butter

Belgian dark chocolate dome, chestnut & truffle diplomate, blackcurrant parfait
