Role Overview
Ideal for a keen Brewer looking to take the next step in their career, in this hands-on role you will support with all aspects of beer production, including brewing operations, recipe implementation, and maintaining high standards of safety and hygiene, while ensuring quality and consistency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day brewing operations, including brewhouse, cellar, and packaging activities.
  • Play a role in managing quality control, including sensory evaluation, lab work, and process adjustments.
  • Maintain detailed records of production, fermentation, and quality checks.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the brewery.
  • Operate and maintain brewery equipment, working with the team to troubleshoot and resolve issues as needed.
  • Represent the brewery at events and in interactions with suppliers and customers.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a commercial brewing role.
  • A keen interest in beer styles, brewing techniques, and industry trends.
  • Experience with brewery management software.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a hands-on approach.
  • Forklift license, RSA, and driver’s license required.
