August is Truffle month in Australia and it also happens to be our second anniversary.
So we have decided to celebrate this great news with 3 exquisite Truffle Dinners, on 3 first August Fridays:
Friday 2 August, Friday 9 August, Friday 16 August.
Did you know Truffle is one of the most expensive ingredients in the world? That’s why we call it the Black Diamond. For this menu, our chef Thomas sourced the Black Truffle locally, in New South Wales.
As we aim for a very premium experience here, we’ll also offer matching wines or beers. Vincent, our master brewer has chosen his best “Bière de Garde” to pair with the precious mushroom. That includes La Boussole, a Grand Cru beer that has been ageing in barrels for over 3 months. Learn more about La Boussole here.
