For $180 per person you’ll enjoy six courses that showcase the versatility, beauty and unique flavours of truffles.

Bone marrow and truffle broth, hay buffalo milk froth.

Truffle infused egg soldier, truffle butter brioche.

Crab tartlet, Jerusalem artichoke, truffle.

Scallop raviolo, coral emulsion, truffle.

Quail two ways, truffle skin, confit potato with truffle, sorrel and pine nuts.

Golden apple, chestnut and truffle tarte fine.
