Welcome to Frenchies

Bistronomy is about creating great seasonal cuisine at an affordable price. At Frenchies, we aim to bring this Parisian bistronomy culture to the Australian table – both on the plate and in the glass.

Whether you’re sharing a charcuterie board at our bar or dining in the bistro, our delicious daily menu is designed around seasonal Australian produce and complements our range of craft beers, brewed on site.

‘The Table’

We know the best meal is one that’s shared with family and friends – that’s why we’ve created ‘The Table’.

‘The Table’ seats up to 20 guests, and with a menu designed especially for you, Frenchies will make sure it’s a feast you’ll remember.

We also host special events at ‘The Table’ to showcase our new beer releases and themed dinners. Come and share our passion for great food, amazing beers and friendly service.

Frenchies beers are now also being poured in the craft beer joints around town.
Go to The Dry Blond

The Dry Blond

KÖLSCH is a refreshing classic beer from the German city of Cologne, where our head brewer Vince used to study. It is brewed with the finest noble hops, blending their flavours with gentle malt notes and a delicate fruitiness from fermentation. The finish is clean and dry.

Go to The Forgotten Hops

The Forgotten Hops

COMET hops is an old and wild American hops. It was used in lagers for its bold bittering properties but commercial production stopped in the 80s because of its complex flavours judged too intense. However it is now making a come back in this big US Pale Ale!

Go to OLD WORLD, NEW FLAVOURS

OLD WORLD, NEW FLAVOURS

OLD WORLD IPA is a unique IPA brewed exclusively with the newest French and German Hops. Flavours of berries, flowers and sauvignon blanc shine through this unique blend of hops. It is particularly smooth due to the use of oats combined with high quality bittering hops.

In every restaurant kitchen and brewery we’ve worked since arriving in Australia, we’ve always been called ‘Frenchies’.

As two ‘Frenchies’ living in Australia, with an immense love of the Australian lifestyle and its people, we decided to adapt our Parisian bistronomy culture to the Australian taste and terroir.

We are Thomas and Vince, and through ‘Frenchies’, we hope to share our passion for delicious cuisine, expertly brewed craft beer and great times.
