They’ve been specially designed to accommodate all tastes, dietary requirements, price points and occasions, and uphold our commitment to showcasing fresh, locally sourced produce, and refined French cooking techniques with an Aussie twist.

You’ll find new dishes including:

  • Beef fillet carpaccio, ponzu glaze (GF);
  • Goat’s curd croquettes;
  • Green asparagus risotto (V);
  • Grilled beef eye fillet, potato dauphine doughnut, fresh herb sour cream, red wine jus;
  • Smoked dry aged duck breast

All time favourites, including our cheeseburger and roasted cauliflower remain, too.
